Cold storage sandwich panels are designed specifically for industrial refrigeration: freezer rooms, chillers and food-processing rooms. The high-density polyurethane core (42 kg/m³) keeps energy losses to a minimum, and the tongue-and-groove joint with a sealing gasket eliminates thermal bridges. The pre-painted white galvanised steel finish (RAL 9002) is food-safe, easy to clean and meets current hygiene regulations.
We supply thicknesses from 60 to 200 mm, covering everything from chilled storage to deep-freeze. As a guide: for chilled rooms (0 °C to +5 °C) we recommend 80–100 mm; for freezer rooms (−18 °C to −25 °C), 120–150 mm; and for deep-freeze (−30 °C to −40 °C), 200 mm. We will advise you based on the target temperature, the size of the room and how it will be used. We deliver all over Spain from our own stock in Valencia, and we have supplied cold-storage projects abroad, including fish-processing plants in Mauritania.
